Castlebridge Girl Guides

The Castlebridge Girl Guides is an all female group that meet at the Castlebridge Community Centre on a Wednesday night from 7pm to 8.30pm.
Our Briginis are 7 – 10 years and the Guides are 10 -14+.
The girls have a choice of programme and badges to do. We also attend Regional and National activities.
The Guides camp both indoor and outdoor the Briginis camp indoor only. Both groups attend Patrol leader training. This shows the girls a range of leadership and life skills. The girls learn how to work together in a group. With a large range of activities they can find something they are good at the is no competition for places on teams.
The Guides get to do The Chief Commissioner Award, this includes doing projects suchas organizing a fund raiser, interviewing somebody in the community, they also have to go for an interview.

Sharon Drennan is the contact.
